These people have been a nightmare to me. I bought food from foods of ny and billed it to these people and when foods didn't get any money from them after a time they called me and i sent them a check and paid them.
Well these people charged me the 101.00, and since june it has been pending and no charge back to my target card. I called them 4-5 times and each time been told to leave voice message to trisha, and she does not call me.
I call back again and they tell me she called, well no message on answerign machine and no number in my phone from her. They tell me she wrote me and no mail from her. Ive tried to speak to other people and they refuse to put me through to anyone except her voice mail.
Wont even give me any names of anyone else i can talk to. Looks to me like they are hiding something. I even wrote her a letter and no answer from her, yet she keeps putting on her computer that she called me. Something is not right with these people, and all the tales they are telling.
They tell me she called me but couldnt leave a message cause of a privacy act, but like i told them she could say its trisha, and have me call her back. I am getting no where with them and cant talk to anyone, but her voice mail with no results at all. Can anyone please help me.
