Fraudulent ripoff business

This Company took $399.00 out of my account and failed to disperse it to my creditors as promised. I am never able to reach a person to assist me and am put on hold or told to call back.

After 4 letters via fax and mail they still have not canceled the program and will not return my money! DO NOT use this Company for anything&they lie, cheat and decieve people and have no idea what it means to be honest. I need help and don't know what to do next!
