Being a BOA customer (bus., personal, CC & savings) has been a nightmare! Upon signing up for my accounts, ALL monthly maintenance fees were waived. Having many accounts dictates this. Yes, everyone agrees on this,
bank, myself and employees.
However, charges started showing up "months of charges!" Contacting my branch, all were given back. Months later that employee retired, and then the new charges began! Seems they can't get it together.
Recently I spent hours printing statements, going over data with an employee again to correct this error. Charges that shouldn't have happened to begin with. Once again everyone agrees to this.
The person in charge (Melissa) has taken a stand not to refund my money. I cannot understand this policy? Are they being "GREDDY"? Why not return the $ after an obvious (admitted) mistake?
I would highly recommend NOT to do business with BOA.
Their customer service is lacking to say the least. They seem to thrive off of the exploits of these charges. Being a small customer (not having 100,000) in their bank surely dictates their policies!
Please don't get caught in the trap BOA does not have your best interest in mind!
