Payment rip off to charge more money Waterloo

This company will not send me a statement in the mail. I cannot access the on line account and they refuse to help me get the problem fixed.
But they will take a payment over the phone and charge me 20.00 dollars to do so. If my payment is late my interest rate will go up.
This comany is a joke all they want is extra money
