I worked for Lender fo America for approximately. 12 months. After exemplary worker efficiency evaluations I had been ended to make a criticism about an atm machine. For around 7 days our buildingis atm device wasn't functioning. I named the associate bank division to recommend them of the problem since I have was attempting to deposit cash all week and had expenses to pay for. After I returned to my table and informed my supervisor what had occurred he response was "these bastards"! Two nights later my manager and also the VP of the division stated I had been being ended for using profanity using the associate Chris Salazar and his supervisor. I attempted to describe again what had occurred and was informed to not proceed any more this was completed and around with!!! Our supervisor did not say one-word about how exactly I informed her what had occurred. I told them I needed evidence of this simply because they check their calls within this division. They mightnot supply any evidence of program (since I never served it was and there is no recording of the discussion) the kicker is the fact that my supervisor Margaret Bailey introduced me to her workplace three times earlier for a worker evaluation. HA she explained that I really exceeded targets when it found getting together with different divisions. Bank of america is a laugh. They screw you when you're a person and a worker!!!
