Wachovia has created several, many bank "mistakes" on my bank account through the years. I am aware that peopleare all individual, and we all make errors from time to time. Nevertheless, Wachovia workers have mastered deflecting responsibility due to their errors back onto their clients.

In August I transferred $300 money into my Wachovia bank account in a department ATM.
