Credit card runaround, and just bizzare customer service

Bank of America is virtually randomly altering the conditions because of its charge card cases. Within the last six months, they decreased my borrowing limit by $3000 without notice. Oddly, they reduce the restriction the moment I pay-down the total amount.

After I called BoA about that, I had been informed they wouldn't boost the borrowing limit. Nevertheless, a senior credit expert along with a boss recommended that I make an application for a guaranteed creditcard to obtain a higher-limit. I requested the guaranteed creditcard online, and was quickly declined. (A card bears no-risk for that lender, because the credit point is guaranteed with a deposit within the quantity of the borrowing limit.)

After I called to ask about this 24 hours later, I had been informed by "George" within the guaranteed creditcard division that you could not need two charge cards with BoA. And so I questioned him just how to resolve my issue. George explained he couldn't resolve it since you will find two individual divisions — one which handles my credit card plus one that handles programs to get a guaranteed creditcard. I requested to consult with somebody who might cope with both divisions; George explained that there is no body, since they're two individual and unrelated products. After I noticed that both problems are associated since my software was refused since I actually have an unsecured creditcard, George stated he was attempting to "teach" me.

After achieving an impasse, I requested to talk to his boss, which is wherever it gets strange. George declined to I would like to keep in touch with a supervisor, stating there is no supervisor. After I questioned if he documented to somebody, he offered me a runaround stating that "all of US operate this division." After 5 minutes of the weird discussion, he ultimately gave me the title Ken Lewis. Lewis may be the Leader and President of Lender of America, incidentally — not really a boss. Lastly, George accepted that there is somebody who published his critiques; but he declined to provide me a title and declined to I would like to talk to this individual.

Has someone else been declined when requesting to consult with a? This discussion was simply weird.
