Chase Credit Card Service
They did not mail statements after i paid online once only Ripoff Wilmington Delaware

I paid on line once in february it is not the onlly bill i have but after ebay told me my credit card was declined i called to find out that my account
was past due since feb. Not only that account but another which was closed due to non payment. I have many other bills personal and business so i did not realize this was happening and was not notified that this
was going on i have numerous late changes interest hikes but most of all damage to my credit. I am 57 and never had a credit problem. I did not recieve emails or statements or a phone call for these accounts. They
change it back to paper accounts when i asked them my email address they told me they no longer had it after the change which was an hour before i asked them. I never knowingly would sign for online statements
as i said when the bills come in i pay them. I am totally upset how a company can do this to you. They told me it was my responsiblity to know that this bill was due. The cards are over 10 years old and never had a
problem.
