I am a deaf and disablity. I called several time chase customer service that, My credit acct closed and paid off. Chase tried threating my credit reports from Equifax and TransUnion. I can't getting a Montage Loan. Because my score was bad and Ruined my credit report from chase. Chase customers difference story about my acct nbr not clearly. They lied me about credit report was removed but, I checked the credit report that still not removed. I am very frustrated with customer services. Most of all Liar, dishonesty, and scam about my credit reports.
Chase customer services are very very rude attitudet and no respect disablity. Chase credits no good. That's big time Scam. I don't trust Customer Service are play the games and threating. I want a lawsuit chase credit.
