Rude Liars Continous Calls Ripoff

My husband and I were in need of a loan. We saw the Cash Call commercial and thought that would be great. We needed $5000, but he was only approved for $2600. So I applied thinking what could it hurt. Well it hurts. I filled out the application and was told everything was fine. Then I got a call back and was told I was declined. I thought oh well and started trying to figure out how we were going to get the other $2500. The next day I got a call and was told I was approved so why havent I sent them the rest of my info. I told him that I was declined so I didnt see why they needed my info. I was told that was incorrect and whoever told me that was wrong. Regretfully now I got the loan.
I switched jobs and called them before the 1st of the month when my payment was due. I was unable to get through and didnt think anything more about it. Well they debited my account on the 1st and sent me an e-mail saying that I needed to do a money gram. The day after on Friday I got another e-mail stating they were going to debit my account on that Monday. I called them and told them the money would not be there to please not debit my account. I was told there was nothing they could do. I needed to call atleast 4 days in advance and let them know. I explained that I had just received the e-mail 5 minutes prior to calling them and that I did not have 4 days notice. They said that was to bad and not their problem.

My phone has rang any where from 15 to 30 times per phone a day. I told them it would not do any good to keep calling. I made arraingements to pay on the 23rd with a supervisor. The next day my phones started ringing again. I told them they should not be calling because I made arraingements. They told me that was not true that their supervisor just acknowledged that I said that I would pay on the 23rd.

I am not even 30 pat and it is a nightmare. I do not know what to do. They have cost me fees through my bank and through them. If you ask for a manager or supervisor to call you back they don't. I was told by them not to pay my other bills that they were more important than others. Maybe they would give me later day if I had a death in the family.

That is wrong I don't care what the situation. I am at a loss. If there is any one out there that can help me please do.
