Banksafe called and misrepresented themselves as working with banks on fraud cases. They had my checking account information as well as information from a check from paying a bill on line. I sent them a refund letter, I got a call from one of the representatives that they received it. I never heard from them, this has been since last yr August. I called and spoke with Ari the president of this company, I spoke with his associate. I left plenty of messages and I have as of yet to see my refund of 295. Ive waited and waited. Ive been forced to contact you to do something about it.
