I have been trying to get hired into SHC for about 6 months. I sent them my professional resume and cover letter, only to be sent an e-mail from haley h. (dont have any idea who she is). Upon that e-mail it said to contact her about the position. I was excited to say the least. I called the 1-800 number and no one ever answered, i continued to call for months, when finally i got through to her voicemail and I left a message with all the information to contact me. Guess what, no response.
So 6 months later I finally called and got haley on the phone, i explained that i never received a call back for months but she didnt want to hear it. She set me up for an e-mail response from fritz simonson, which in return sent me an e-mail for a web conference for the following week. I was to log in a half hour early because the meeting started at 3 pm eastern time. The meeting was held up by people logging on late. I sat through this conference and was skeptical but hopeful. I was told at the end of the meeting online that i would receive a powerpoint quesionnaire in a half hour that i was to fill out and have returned by 2 pm the next day. Guess what again, no powerpoint sent. So i e-mailed fritz simonson, no response, so i felt obliged to call his number which was sent to my e-mail, with no response again.
The next day i had very little time to fill out this questionnaire before 2 pm, its like they were testing me. At this point I felt this company was questionable. So i looked them up online and found this site. To make matters worse, 3 days later my cell phone rings and the person on the other line says nothing for several minutes, i hang up and receive a call back again, this time it was fritz simonson. He was rude and arrogant. I mentioned ripoff report to him and his words to me was "people like you dont deserve to work for shc, that i wasnt a professional salesperson, etc. Etc." I was pissed at his response, considering it took me 6 months to get through to their company, after they sent me e-mails to contact them, when i did, no response. The phone call ended with me letting him know he is an A*hole. Unprofessional company to say the least. I'm glad I didnt go as far as to become employed and go through the stress that these other sales people have. Fritz Simonson "you should be fired."
