Dishonest fraudelent cases

This company filed a lawsuit against me in Ohio, (I live in Arizona) for an old credit card debt from Illinois that was charged off years ago. Now I have to pay an Ohio attorney to represent me in court over a debt that is past the statute of limitations and violated Fair Debt Collections Act!!!
