If you are being contacted or sued by Robert J. Dubin, Dubin & Dubin llp, First Resolution Management Corporation or First Resolution Investment Corporation you need to contact a consumer rights attorney immediately. I was sued by Robert J. Dubin for a debt allegedly owed to First Resolution Investment Corporation. First Resolution Investment Corporation is a junk debt buyer that buys old debts that are passed the statute of limitations for pennies on the dollar. They then find attorney's like Robert J. Dubin that are willing to break the law and file suits on these anyways. I never received any kind of proper service. I disputed the records they had on my credit reports and got no response and they continued to report. They also employ tactics such as having a third party call you to offer you debt refinancing, this is only an attempt to trick you into paying so the clock can restart on the statute of limitations on your debt. I have a lawsuit filed against them in US district court of western new york. If you have any contact with them I would like to hear from you. If you are a victim of theirs please also make sure you file complaints with the FTC and the NY Attorney General Office. Do not show them any mercy they prey on the weakest and most vulnerable people in our society while using the courts as a tool in their fraud.
