June 4 has been three long years we (my wife and I) have been dealing with Ameriquest Mortgage Company. Thier representative is now working for another company (look out for him). We were mislead about fixed rate, pre-payment pentalty fee, and monthly payment. Aftrer two years and many equitable offers from our lawyer we will soon be heading to court. Anybody who mortgaged a house or refianced with Ameriquest should fully look over your documents.
