Cross Country Bank
Ripoff over the internet

I applied for a credit card through them via the internet and requested the disability insurance, thank god i did that i thought until i became disabled. I filed a claim with the insurance company for my credit card. Then all of a sudden cross country bank put me in collections and started making harrassing phone calls

I informed them that insurance company needed information from them so they could payoff my credit card balance. They refuse to cooperate saying that they did'nt want the insurance company to pay they wanted me to pay.

I instructed them to send the information that was needed. They eventually did but continued with the harrassment even though the insurance company paid the claim they were'nt satisfied they are still trying to collect even though the credit card account is closed they have attached themselves to my credit.

And now they hare doing the same thing to my 21 year old son
