This company kept harassing me about an old AT&T Wireless account for $642.
Once I learned that I actually have rights under the FDCPA, I mailed them and demanded them to validate the debt. They could not do so and never responded. I eventually contacted the credit reporting agencies and they could not validate it either so the collection was removed and I have not heard from them since.
Don't settle with them! Force them to validate it first!
Beware of this company and make sure you mail them a certified mail request to validate the debt. As I see from other reports and my own experience, there's a good chance they can't.
