Beneficial/HFC is such a ripoff. Made the mistake of getting a bill consolidation loan from them in 2002. Don't use Beneficial/HFC if you ever need a loan. They should be boycotted and forced out of business. However, the employees at the local branch should not be blamed. They are just following the rules set by the home office. Those high-paid CEO's in the home offices have the money to pay off these high-interest loans, so let them do it!!
