I took out a loan with beneficial home loan several years ago, everything ran smoooth on repaying my loan, until they decided to put my loan on fluctuating interest, that was when I was started being took advantage of.
Example I make a payment of 140.00 each month actually all I am paying is 17.02 on the payments the rest is finance charges at this rate I will never get the loan paid off. It seems that this should be against the law to rip the people off of their hard earned money, for just trying to repay a loan.
