This company G.B. S has a notorious history for ripping off people.in my case I was walking out a Mc Donalds in MN where I was hit on top of the head with 100 lbs of snow.
The Manager Mike at Mcdonald's in West Duluth admited fault and the he would make sure everything would be taken care of since he had no clue why his employees were shovling snow off of the roof onto the walkway infront of the door.
Ms. Bynam is the most rude individual on the face of the planet. She has done nothing in one year to make a move on this incident. I have since obtained an attorney and she still refuses to make a desicion. She knows my husband is deployed to iraq and we cannot afford the medical bills that pile up. I am unable to be gainfully employed as a nurse dut to my permant injuries to my neck and back (i have a doctor's letter to prove this)
I Have been through over a year of physical therapy, pain managment and have been finaically drug through the mud over this not to mention her absoulute rudeness and lack of professionalism. This woman should be booted out of a job and put to question for her acts.
This was clearly a case of there policy holder MC DONALDS WEST DULUTH was in the wrong. Mike the manager apologized mo myself and my mother. There is nothing to dispute with this case.
My adivce if you have to deal with Mrs. Bynam. GET AN ATTORNEY AND PUT THE ISSUE INFRONT OF THE MEDIA.
Gallagher basset is taking advantage that i have military insurance not paying the bills or making an attempt to correct an at fault situation. They should be ashamed!
