Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards Card
I called and notified them closing account. They continued to dun late fees when I had paid them off in full., Box 6000

I notified Citibank that I was angry and would close account. I paid account in full.
They continue to try to collect fees for no charges, in amount of $430.00 now.

In addition, they did not credit $50.00 in returned merchandise. After I notified them in writing, I tested account, still open.

As of due 2/26 is 436.33 for overdraft and late fees). Robotic computer printouts, cannot reach real supervisor to ask why.
