FCNB is the worst I have ever dealt with. I agree with so many of you who have complaints. I have been charged late fees that were not warranted. Had payments returned because my acct. Was directed to a 2nd party & was not notified of the address change. Now most recently my acct. Has been transferred yet again & again was not notified but I found out from a phone call demanding a payment but I had already sent the payment so I'm not sure were thatis going to end up. Oh yeah and just try to talk to FCNB. I have written them to no avail, I've gone on the internet (that's how I got here) tried to get help from Spiegel & Eddie Bauer which went nowhere. I've almost hit the wall
