Placed a collection without notice, have it listed as a new account, will not validate ripoff

Has anyone every heard of this company? My sister-in-law, showed me her credit report and a letter she send to this company 45 days ago and never heard back from them.

This company placed a very large collections on her report and posted it as a new account. No account was open on the date the collection agency claims it to be, I explained to her what need to be done, and she took care of it this morning.

Is this company assoc. With another collection agency or had a collection agency changed its name to this?

I couldn't find much on line about it.

I wish to thank everyone in advance for any information, they have on this company.
