I have been fraudulently charged for 3 years of Essentials Gold service that was never authorized by me. I discovered this accidentally when a piece of mail caught my eye with "your membership is about to be renewed." What memebership?
When I contacted them they tried to sell me on a service I hadn't been using or knew I had been paying for for three years. Citibank when confronted played dumb initially and then confessed to having a partnership with Essentials Gold. Because of the age of the charges they have refused to refund the intial two years of unauthorized charges.
I have seen at least 12 other descriptions of such abuses by Citibank and I feel that a class action lawsuit should be considered.
