My husband and I also had an unauthorized payment made to Essentials Gold on our Citibank mastercard. It was made on 8/9 for $119.95. I called Essentials Gold. They weren't the least suprised. Said that they would credit the amount. We'll wait and see. We are also cancelling our Citibank card - this is unbelievable.
