The SAME exact thing that happened to Karen happened to me.
On 1/25, SBBT posted on their website that my transfer wasn't received - meanwhile, it was scheduled for 1/26.
The next day, the IRS confirmed that my transfer went through (on 1/26). SBBT's bank and routing numbers were confirmed.
SBBT said that they didn't get the transfer after the IRS had already CONFIRMED that it WENT THROUGH as scheduled.
A COURT JUDGE needs to let SBBT know that there are STRICT LAWS about Electronic Funds Transfers and that they are basically LYING when they say that they didn't get the funds transfers from the IRS - ESPECIALLY AFTER GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM THE IRS THAT IT WENT THROUGH.
Who is lying? The IRS or SBBT???
A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT must be taken against SBBT for WITHHOLDING taxpayer dispersments and EARNING INTEREST on that money.
