Ripoff not legitimate one person I known who recieved bad check consumer fraud ripoff

I have recieved two of these letters, and after checking into it, i have found them to be a scam. I am thankful for this report. I need help to prosecute. I spoke with federal trade commision and filed a complaint. They said they follow complaints and if enough are recieved they can and will prosecute.
