I checked with the Federal trade commission in washington D.C. They reported that over 12 reports are on file as complaints. They said that as the complaints are filed they look for a pattern of unhappy people. The more reports sent to Federal trade commission the better the chances are of getting a federal investigtion on national. A class action suit can also be done " IF" enough people only report how National attempted or is ripping them off. Good to file here at the consumer complaints too.
