This company was previously reported by me regarding fraudulent charges to my credit card when I purchased a one-time VIN # check.
Upon further investigation/reporting I finally got my money refunded when I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC is requesting all consumers defrauded by these companies file a complaint so the US Government can shut them down and prosecute. As of today 02/08/3012 my bank refunded me the $29.95 monthly charge that had been fraudulently charged to my card.
PLEASE* All Consumers that have had this same experience with these companies MUST FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC so that the FTC will prosecute... They only prosecute companies that have defrauded people with large amounts of money... This company is just starting as of December... Please stop them now!!!
