My father held a life insuance policy through Conseco.
He passed away on Aug. 15 on Nov. 9, we sent in the claim for benifits, by overnite mail.
One month later after a few phone calls to Conseco we were told that the claim had been approved & the checks would be arriving in three to five days.
In a letter dated Dec. 19. Conseco writes that our claim has been received, & will be processed in the order in which it was received.
Now it is Jan. 19, Repeated calls to Conseco, & to a particular superviser, by the name of RYAN SHORE, have gone unanswered.
Three months should be plenty of time to settle such a claim.
Our next call is to an attorney!
