We have had our home financed since Aug. first with Green Tree, then Conseco, now Green Tree again. Our payment has gone up from $537.00 to $1,878.65. Green Tree says these are "Legal Fees" (Which they claim we owed Conseco, & it's against the law for them to try & collect on Conseco's former charges), and the next time they say it's for insurance. I can't tell you the number of times we've had our insurance co. Fax over our proof of insurance to these morons.
