After seeing JK Harris advertisement on television we contacted a representative in our home town of Des Moines, IA. Promises were made and contract signed. They arranged for loan from outside company and we have been paying over one year. This bill is almost paid off at this time.
However, from day one our contact with the company has been almost impossible. They seldom answer our e-mails and can never get direct contact. They have continued to pass responsability for our 2 contracts from person to person. When we do have contact it is rude, disrespectful, as if we are not clients. We no longer are trying to contact them because of the disrespectfulness.
We have contacted Iowa Attorney General and upon his suggestion we will be filling a small claim against them. Some one should be in jail because of their fraudulant advertisement and criminal conduct. If they take our $4, ooo and due nothing, can you imagine the millions of dollars they still from vaunerable individuals throughout the nation.
There our some Attorney Generals who have taken action. Thank God there is someone looking out for the little guy. We should have investigated JK Harris on the internet before signing contracts with them. It may be naive of us but we believed any company allowed to advertise and operated nation wide would be held accountable by persons paid to protect us from fraud such as Attorney General of each state.
