Google your State Attorney General and look for a consumer complaint form that you can fill out online or you can get the form and fill it out and mail it to the Attorney General's office. You can call them too and get the form from them. About 15 or 20 State Attorney Generals have gone after J K Harris and got some money from them. Let them know that there's a lot of people who have been ripped off by J K Harris.
Your District Attorney also has a website and there's a consumer complaint form somewhere in there. It could be under Consumer Fraud or something like that. Fill that out and email it or mail it to them too. Tell them that you're not the only one ripped off by J K Harris.
