Falsely removes money from accounts RIPOFF

I am not the best book keeper but I do know when money disappears from my banking accounts. I have used US bank for about a year and a half and over this time I estimate that about a thousand dollars has disappeared from my account some of this money seems to have vanished it to thin air while other parts are lost due to false over draft charges being attached to my account.

The last few times I have deposited money into my account I have noticed that day is also charged overdraft fees. Around the beginning of October I made a couple deposits and then discovered that my account had six over draft charges in two days. When calls were made to the customer service department two separate employees admitted that there were concerns with what was happening to the money. One employee admitted that US Bank was pretty much stealing our money by dipping into the overdraft protection account as well as charging fees for being over drafted. The other employee admitted that there was an unexplainable $100 difference in the balance of the account.

I was able to get three of the previous charges over turned but that was all. Now it is the end of October and the same thing seems to be happening again. I made a deposit then checked to make sure the money was in my account and sure enough that day was charged for being over drafted.

Accounting does not seem to be a strong suit for US Bank because at no point can I get the same balance from listening to my balance via the customer phone line, getting a balance from an ATM and a balance from customer service. The numbers never match when this was questioned I was told that it was because they were separate methods and the money is constantly moving therefore there are time delays. Even when I let the money set for a few days there is still differences.

As the money mysteriously moves around some just seems to slip through the cracks because it is just gone and I can not prove it and they of coarse are unable to detect money missing because at no point do they have the true amount that should be in my account.
