Jk Harris & Compnay
Thye were hired. They knew what was neede for them to do. They did not do their job. They took money for pay, did nothing (ripoffs) and won't give it back

My roommate hired this company to help with back taxes and unfiled tax returns. JK Harris knew all of this when we went to meet with their glorified salesman. They goofed off, for nearly a year, while liens, etc got put on my roommates income and now his home... Grrr
and I started to ask why they were not doing anything and then I requested a refund for my roommate and they said he needed to put that in writing.

Okay, he put it into writing and we sent that to them. They took nearly 4 months to say. No. No refund. They do owe him $650.00, and maybe that is not a lot to some, but it is to him. It is nearly all that he gets per month. Needless to say, they keep denying him his refund and I keep on sending them emails and I will take this to court, if I have to.

Frist, I will put it on the BBB, but I doubt they care, as I have read all of those complaints on there and most of them they did not seem to care, however, I have seen that when they are taken to court, they respond. Why should people have to go that far and go through all of this stress? Why can't someone shut them down? Why don't they give back money they took when they know it is the right thing to do? I see that they take advantage of people and in this case, they have taken advantage of a man with fixed income and medical problems that already cause stress and anxiety and they are adding to that.

They should pay everyone they owe money to and fix these problems. I will keep going, all legal, but I will tell anyone that I can about them. I will put posters up everywhere. What are they going to do? Take me to court? Good. While we are there, I have a lot of documents to show the Judge. I also have their old website. I copied it all before they changed it, but. Funny. They changed it and they still have lies on their site. They told me that they do not do tax returns and a man I spoke with yelled at me, like he owned the company, and then said it's not our fault. So and so. Did not fill out his tax returns. THAT IS WHY WE WENT TO THEM!!! Hello! WHO ARE THE MORONS??? JK HARRIS.

Oh and when I do spellcheck on an email and it brings up. Jk. It shows the word"joke" as a word to change it to, so that helps to have a chuckle in all of this stress. I will not give up. I am young, JK Harris. I have a lot of years left to fight for everyone's rights.:)
