I have been selected to start the Training Program joining IPA as Business Consultant. What is this Training about? After reading all of these on this site, I am wondering to take this job or not.
I have been out of job for a long period (2 years); hungry to get back to work. I am in the 50's with plenty of experience and excellent qualifications and can do REAL consulting.
What is gonna happen if I decide to quit after their training program. At which time I should have learnt what I am expected to do in the field. What would be my financial loss, if any, (apart from my time and effort).
Would really appreciate the feedback/advice/guidance from the Ex Employees of IPA.
