I couldn't believe it when I sw a charge from John Beck on my bank account. I had not ordered anything from this rip-off artist in over 2 years! I had to call my bank to get a number to contact John Beck and to my surprise, when I called the toll-free number I got a recording saying I could call that number from my area. I had to call the bank again to get an alternate number. It took 4 calls and a total of 3.75 hours to get someone on the phone. And guess what!? They didn't even try to tell me I had ordered their product. They just said they would "cancel" the order and credit my account. They had to have used my credit card number that they had on file from 2 years ago and just charged me for "whatever" hoping I would not notice.
Someone should arrest this guy!
