Fastrack is the company that takes care of the automatic tolls here in teh bay area. I was unhappy with there service so i close out my account. They gave me a reciept saying they owe me 29 dollars and they would mail it out. 2 months later i havnt revieved a check from them so i call them and they say we sent it. They say they will send me another check for 26 dollars. I say they owe me 29 dollars. They say they found a fast track violation they charge to my account that is why it is 26. How come it took them 2 months to find the violation? How convient they lost the check so they can take this ammount out of the next check they send me. Ask to speak to the supervisor and he isnt avaiable... How conviente. Avoid this company at all cost. They will rip you off as much as they can. You guys owe me 29 dollars not 26.
