Will rip you off and never answer your calls! Fraudulent business

They called me with their credit card offers for visa/mastercard. They debited $199.00 from my bank account and now I can never get anyone on the phone. I called the verification dept. And they just answer the phone HELLO. I asked what bank they were issuing cards from and they said the verifiers would tell me. When I asked them they said any one of three and named Wells Fargo or Bank of America, they weren't sure. What kind of rip off artists are these people anyway??? We need to take them down!!!
