First Capital Consumers ripoff

I received a phone call from First Capital Consumers Group about 6 weeks ago and I agreed to get a credit card and I gave them my bank account information which they used to take $199.00 from.

I have been waiting for 5 weeks for the credit card and it is not here yet! I have called them but they do not answer and they do not call back. I have been ripped off.
