I was in (and still am!) a desperate personal situation, and had nowhere to turn. Cash Call, I assumed, was a reputable company.
I was so wrong. I was ONE day late with payment, and the calls started. First one, then two, now it's up to 15 times a day! When you try to respond to the "customer service rep" (and I use that term very loosely), they do not listen, interrupt, and hang up on you.
Then they call you again... After they've hung up on you multiple times. This company needs to be reprimanded by the Better Business Bureau or some other consumer advocacy group.
Do not do business with this company. Whatever problem you have, I promise this is not a solution. PLEASE do not take a loan out with them; you'll only regret it.
