Hsbc Aka Household Finance
Hsbc, household finance check your household mortgages in the state maybe illegal

I currently have a lawsuit in the state off virginia against household finance mortgage division.
During the discovery i found out that the mortgages where
made thru household but they used someone else as the lender

I ask why? Because household has only a license to make
small loans no mortgages or second mortgages they are
classified as a small loan company which means if they
during the process told you they where making the mortgage or any of the paperwork indicates they are the lender

The mortgage is invalid furthermore you want to check your paperwork in reference to income.in my case they falsefeit the income to meet mortgage guidelines

I know there are many people out there what had the same
experience as i did go sue them they deserve it
