Ripoff does not honor guarantee

Manager Jason Zeiter and loan agent Sergio T. Could not meet the interest rate I received from another company.

I told them I wanted them to honor their guarantee and they told me to fax paperwork to them after I closed.

I did and told them I had 3 days to cancel. They kept changing the requirements and procrastinating until my 3 days were up.

I found out the money guarantee comes out of the manager's money so basically they have no intention of honoring their claims. Ditech is a fraud and dishonest. Good thing I didn't finance with them.
