Help!
It has come to my attention, Love, Beal & Nixon has filed a complaint against me for Civil Relief less than $10,000. I have not yet been served for this suit, but have found out about it through others means.
As I looked up said law firm on the Internet, I came across this handy site... Which I have never seen before. After reading posts from several people, it became evident there are others who have dealt with this firm. As I have not communicated with Love, Beal & Nixon yet, I was hoping to get some insight from those more experienced in what I should do. I will gladly answer any questions I can... But the summary is this:
I have not received any letter of final demand, any statement of what I allegedly owe or anything else, to my knowledge, from said firm. I have not yet been served... But learned of a pending case on OCIS case search. Capital One Bank is supposedly the creditor. I'm lost and in need of help. What do I do? Any help appreciated!
