I ordered a golf instructional tape with a "guarantee" of a full, no questions asked return right. I received tape and found it to be of minimal help and/or almost amaturish in content. I returned tape within 60 days of receipt in new condition - both the product and the packaging.
After one written request and three email requests to get my money back pursuant to the guarantee, it is clear that Purepoint Golf does not intend to honor its guarantee.
I wonder how many others they have sold products to, with no intention of honoring their guarantee.
A fairly common ripoff, but one should not do business with Purepoint Golf??!!
