Xiomara castro is a manager in a the escalations call center in atlanta georgia for compucredit. She is not a good manager for the company at all. She harrasses her employees, she laughs and jokes about them behind their backs when they come to her with issues. She is constantly joking about representatives that work under her. She is known for demoting or firing those she does not like. She makes compucredit look bad because she is bad. She is allowed to harrass and discriminate against her reps and that is not right.
There have been several complaints filed against compucredit and her to the better business bureau and also the eeoc. Nothing was never done to my knowledge. Anyone that works under xiomara castro will be very sad they got a position working with her. She is a liar, she lies about the rules in the call center, she allows sexual harrassment in the workplace along with her manager jon demonica. She fires representatives who are not bowing down kissing her feet or those that speak up on wrong doing in the office. Xiomara castro should be forced to leave her position at compucredit becuase all she is doing is making a bad rep for the company. Compucredit also has the following alias: aspire visa, emerge mastercard, bankfirst, freedom card etc.
