Rushmore Acquisition Harassing Calls, Sold Account To Other Company Without Advising Card Holders Ripoff

BANKFIRST ACTION CARD HOLDERS (reprinted from news items):

Marshall Bancorp Completes BANKFIRST Acquisition, Sale of Credit Card Portfolio January 5.
Immediately following the acquisition, Marshall Bancorp sold BANKFIRST's approximately $400.0 million credit card portfolio to Rushmore Acquisition, an independent consortium of investors that includes Merrill Lynch and CompuCredit.

Atlanta-based CompuCredit (NASDAQ: CCRT) will have a 47.5 percent interest in the partnership and will service the entire purchased portfolio on behalf of the partnership.
CompuCredit is a specialty finance company and marketer of branded credit cards and related financial services.

This is why card holders cannot get ANY service from calling card services anymore.
