It's all true! - the late processing, the false fees, slow responses, etc. Our loan was sold to Ocwen over 3 years ago here in Chicago, and it's been a downward spiral ever since! We can't even get out of the loan now. They buy off loans and make money tacking on fee after fee after hidden charges. It's a shame how they do people - My grandfather is 85 years old and they are horrible to him! Payments are sent to California, then he was told to send them to Florida! I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone!!!
