Sold our company & sent all transfer papers & funds in July to MBF Leasing. They continued to take the lease funds from my account through September. I checked with the new owner & they are taking the funds from his bank account also. I stopped all drafts on my account September 21 & now they are calling several times a day saying our account is delinquent. When I explain that the transfer was sent in in July & the account was current through September, they say I need to bring it up to date before they can complete the paper work.
Some of the "employees" say they have the paper work & say it was not completed for some reason and others say they don't have it. On October 18 at 10:46 A.M., Mr. Sherman said they have it & for some reason it was not completed. I received a total of nine (9) that day. Most of them hangups when I answered or when I confirmed to whom they were speaking. Now today, October 24 they have started again. RUDE today!
Would love to join a "class action suit". If anyone knows of one in the making please let me know!!!
