Be very careful when referring or submitting commercial loan packages to this bank. I am a broker and referred my best friend to them for financing and they actually tried to cut me out of the deal. The President of the bank contacted my friend and borrower and discussed the details of the loan and the transaction while attempting to bypass "the middleman".
To all you middlemen out there who make a living packaging loans and introducing borrowers to lenders - I would stay clear.
